Apartment no. 1, on the ground floor can be occupied by two to four people. There is a bedroom and a living room with a couch and a dining area with a kitchen (coffee machine), SAT-TV, DVD-Player, heating, air-conditioning, bathroom (shower and toilette) and a terrace with outside furniture.

Sheets and towels are included in the price.

Each apartment has one parking spot.

Upon request dogs are allowed with an additional charge. We speak German and Italian and we are at your service.

Additional services: towels can be washed at an additional charge and tennis courts close by can be rented.
