Apartment no. 1, on the first floor can be occupied by two to four people. There is a bedroom and a living room with a couch and a dining area with a kitchen (coffee machine), SAT-TV, DVD-Player, heating, bathroom (shower and toilette) and a terrace with outside furniture.

Sheets are changed weekly. Towels are not included, should be taken with you.

Each apartment has one parking spot.

Upon request dogs are allowed with an additional charge. We speak German and Italian and we are at your service.
