Our residency Felix is located in Kukci,  a quiet, attractive and well maintained residential area on the outskirts of the city of Poreč, about 2 km from the beach. We have one apartment and three cottages and all can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. The apartment as well as the cottages  are located on the ground floor. Each unit has its own terrace and access to the garden where among the shades of oak trees and palm trees there is a swimming pool and a roofed, garden barbecue  all at your disposal. All apartments are new and cozily furnished, about 50 m2, with air conditioning and free, quick and wireless internet. Pets are allowed upon request.
Private parking  for each unit is enclosed within the property with private access to each unit, separate from us, the owners, at a descrete vicinity so we can offer  you information needed for a fullfilling and pleasant stay.     
Whether spring, summer or fall there is always plenty of entertainment. In April and May one can enjoy walking among trees in oak forests, olive groves and vineyards, picking wild asparagus, a culinary hit that can be prepared in a few minutes.   In fall a wide variety of activities and festivals offered by the fruits of nature such as olives, grapes, mushrooms the most famous among them the well known truffle, will make your heart beat faster. One can try everything from gathering natures fruits  to tasting and buying  100% extra virgin oil, exquisite wines, red or white and many mushroom and truffle products.  When the summer tourist crowds dissapear the fall peace is ideal if you just want to relax. We are only a ten minute walk from the famous restaurant Marina so one can eat and drink without worrying about driving.

Residency Felix has a perfect location just 2 km from the beach and the historic Old Town. The city center and the „Lungomare“ promenade can be visited by an attractive tourist train which runs in the summer till late at night. The narrow alleys and streets originally from Roman times are picturesquely situated on the small peninsula. Once a romantic wine and fishing village today a holiday resort in great demand  with all desirable leisure and entertainment fascilities:  water sports, tennis, horseback riding, beaches as well as nudist beaches, numerous restaurants, seafood, cafes, dance halls and discos, original wine and beer cellars. West of Poreč one can find the beautiful Blue Lagoon with many hotels and restaurants with the beautiful blue sea and pebble beaches. A taxi boat is a good way to get back to the old town.
